The Partnership Details
The memorandum of understanding was signed during Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2025 in Dubai. The partnership will establish MarcyPen Asia, an investment vehicle designed to identify high-growth consumer and culture companies in Korea and across Asia, helping them scale globally. MarcyPen will serve as the majority investor, while Hanwha Asset Management will lead in identifying promising small firms and managing overall fund operations.
